How will it work?
- Recharge your bracelet with a chip with cash or by card at a designated NFCtron top up point.
- The activation fee for the first recharge is 30 CZK.
- After topping up, you receive an information paper with a link and QR code. Keep it carefully for tracking your balance and refunding the leftover credit.
- The balance cand be refunded free of charge and without limitation to your bank account within 14 days of the end of the event.

Thanks to the app, you can rate your orders using stars with comments and give us feedback for future events. In addition, after the event, you can easily request a refund of the remaining credit back to your bank account within 14 days.

How do I check my credit balance?
The seller will show you the balance after each order. You can also find your balance in the NFCtron app simply by tapping the chip on the back of your mobile phone. Remember to turn on the NFC function.
I have unspent credit from the event, how can I get it back?
Refunding your credit balance is free of charge and without limitation to accounts held in CZK and EUR. Just request it with a few clicks via your online receipt from the event venue, via NFCtron Tickets or the NFCtron mobile app. The money is refunded to your bank account within 14 days of the end of the event. We do not refund cash.
